Terms of use
Effective 5 October 2026. These terms govern access to Navlin, an informational editorial website based in South Jakarta. By reading the site, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the site.
1. Service scope
Navlin publishes general information about athletic physiology, endurance, and functional fitness. Articles are educational and do not create a clinician-patient, coach-client, or fiduciary relationship. Content may be incomplete or revised. The current page date is the relevant editorial reference.
2. Health boundaries
Nothing on Navlin diagnoses, treats, prevents, or guarantees an outcome. Stop activity and seek urgent assistance for serious symptoms. Personal circumstances require advice from a qualified professional. You remain responsible for decisions made after reading.
3. Acceptable use
Use the site for personal education, lawful research, and ordinary navigation. Do not interfere with security, scrape private areas, impersonate Navlin, or submit harmful code. Do not use articles to make decisions about another person without consent. We may restrict access when misuse threatens readers or the service.
4. Intellectual property
Navlin text, design, and original editorial arrangements belong to Navlin or its licensors. You may quote short passages with accurate attribution and a link. Commercial reproduction requires written permission. Third-party marks remain with their owners.
5. Reader submissions
You keep ownership of material you send to the reader desk. You grant permission for us to use it to answer, edit, or improve editorial work where agreed. Do not submit confidential information that you expect to remain secret. We may remove unlawful or unsafe material.
6. Links and third parties
Links may lead to sites we do not control. Their privacy terms, availability, and claims are their responsibility. A link is provided for context, not endorsement. Review third-party information independently before relying on it.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Navlin available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, weather, security events, or provider failures may affect the site. We may change or remove content without notice. Important information should not be stored only on this site.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, content is supplied as available without a guarantee of completeness or suitability. We do not promise a particular training, health, or financial result. We remain accountable for obligations that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing here limits rights that Indonesian law protects.
9. Liability
Use reasonable judgement and obtain personal advice when appropriate. Navlin is not liable for indirect loss to the extent exclusion is lawful. This does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or non-excludable harm. Questions about a concern should be sent to the reader desk.
10. Governing law
These terms are interpreted under the laws of Indonesia. The courts of Jakarta have jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer protections. We prefer to resolve misunderstandings through direct correspondence first. Contact details appear on the site footer.
11. Updates
Version dated 5 October 2026 replaces the review dated 12 August 2026. We may revise terms as the service changes. Continued use after publication means the revised terms apply prospectively. Material changes will be presented clearly.
Practical use and reader responsibilities
Access to Navlin is intended for ordinary reading, study, and lawful discussion. Readers may save a reasonable personal copy for reference, but copying an entire publication, database, or distinctive page arrangement can interfere with the rights of Navlin and its licensors. A quotation should preserve context, identify the article, and link back to the relevant page. Republishing a passage in a way that suggests Navlin has approved a product or position is not permitted.
Information can become outdated as research, standards, equipment, or local conditions change. A page’s date helps indicate when it was reviewed, but it is not a promise that every statement remains current in every setting. Before acting on technical information, consider your experience, environment, and any advice already received from a qualified professional. The reader remains responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable.
Readers must not upload malicious code, attempt to bypass access controls, probe private systems, harvest contact details, or use automated tools in a way that burdens the service. A legitimate accessibility tool, ordinary search indexing, or personal browser extension is not treated as misuse merely because it makes requests automatically. Navlin may preserve technical records of suspected abuse for up to 90 days and may contact a hosting or security provider when necessary.
Third-party links are provided for context and convenience. Navlin does not control the content, availability, privacy practices, or security of an external website. Following a link means leaving Navlin and becoming subject to that website’s own terms. Readers should review those terms before submitting information or relying on an external statement.
If a reader sends a correction, question, image, or other material, the reader confirms that they have the right to send it. Navlin may use the material to answer the enquiry, check facts, improve accessibility, or consider an editorial follow-up where that use is explained or agreed. Confidential information should not be submitted through an ordinary form. We may remove material that is unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, invasive, or unrelated to the service.
Navlin may update, pause, or retire a page for editorial, technical, security, or legal reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the public site available, but access can be affected by maintenance, connectivity, or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indonesian law. Questions about these terms can be sent to Jalan Sudirman No. 18, Senayan, South Jakarta 12190, Indonesia, or +62 21 7123 8945.
Changes and version record
This version was reviewed on 5 October 2026. A material revision will show a new effective date and a short description near the beginning of the page. Readers may keep a copy of the version that applied when they used the service. The terms are interpreted with regard to applicable Indonesian requirements and the practical nature of this informational website.
These terms cover access to Navlin pages, articles, resource files, contact functions, and any public comments or submissions that Navlin may introduce. They apply whether a reader uses a desktop browser, mobile device, assistive technology, or an ordinary search result. A separate notice may apply to a particular form or event where it explains an additional condition. If a separate term conflicts with this document, the more specific notice governs only that activity.
Readers may quote limited extracts for commentary, education, or reporting when the wording remains accurate and the Navlin source is clearly credited. A quotation should not be edited to create a meaning that the original did not have. Commercial republication, bulk copying, automated scraping, framing, or use of Navlin’s identity to imply approval requires prior written permission. Requests may be sent to the stated address, and Navlin normally responds within 30 calendar days.
Technical availability can be affected by maintenance, content review, hosting incidents, broken links, network congestion, or changes to third-party services. Navlin may temporarily restrict a form or page when necessary to protect readers or the service. A restriction will not normally affect unrelated public reading. Where a disruption materially affects a submitted request, Navlin will use the available contact information to explain the practical next step.
Indonesian law is the primary context for these terms, subject to mandatory rights that apply to a reader in another jurisdiction. Before bringing a complaint, readers are encouraged to contact Navlin so the issue can be understood and corrected where appropriate. Complaints are acknowledged within 7 calendar days and reviewed with a target response within 30 calendar days. Complex matters may take longer when records, third-party systems, or translation are involved.
Navlin keeps administrative correspondence about terms questions for up to 24 months after closure, unless a longer period is needed for a dispute or legal obligation. Routine technical records connected with abuse prevention are generally deleted within 90 days. These periods do not create a promise that every third-party provider uses the same schedule; their own notices apply to their systems. The terms were reviewed on 5 October 2026 and will be reviewed again after a material service or legal change.
